Martin Reid is a Level 4 certified strength and conditioning personal trainer in Aberdeen, specialising in tactical fitness preparation, muscle development, injury rehabilitation and body composition. Based at PureGym Aberdeen Kittybrewster, he helps people across Aberdeen, Dyce and Bucksburn get stronger, shift body fat, and prepare for demanding careers in the armed forces, police and fire service.
